At Fine Jewelry US Direct, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in our diamond, gold, and silver lines.
Return Conditions
- Return Period: Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Condition: All returned items must be in the same condition as they were shipped, including original packaging and any certificates or appraisals.
- Restocking Fee: We currently do not charge any restocking fee. However, if a customer has excessive returns, we reserve the right to charge up to a 15% restocking fee.
Non-Refundable Charges
- Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are not refundable.
Return Process
- Initiate Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@finejewelryusdirect.com or call 409-420-2280 to receive a return authorization.
- Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accompanying materials, and ship the package back to us. Ensure that the return authorization number is included inside the package.
- Processing: Once we receive your return, it will be inspected and processed within 3-5 business days.
